Radiant All, 2026 is here! As 2025 draws now to a close , I can feel the celestial drums echoing through the cosmos, signalling the ignition of a New Era . This is not simply another “transformative year” we speak of lightly. What is unfolding now is a true activation, one that ripples through nations, societies, economies, and impacts our daily lives. Many of you are already sensing it. The new frequencies that began intensifying in December may have nudged you beyond familiar boundaries, gently or firmly out of your comfort zones. Deep within, you may already know this truth: when stagnation is met with courage, growth follows often in ways far greater than imagined. From my own humble and incomplete wisdom, please allow me to share a few reflections on approaching the spiritual path especially as we step into the coming year. Until complete enlightenment and true awakening are fully realised, the presence of a Spiritual Teacher —someone you sincerely trust and wholeheartedly accept as your guide (what some traditions call a Guru) is invaluable. Such guidance is not about dependency, but about clarity, alignment, and protection on the path. Remaining open to listening, receiving, and reflecting upon the advice and instructions of your teacher allows wisdom to take root more deeply. Equally important is the cultivation of mindful speech. Speaking excessively, or without clear intention, often leads to unnecessary misunderstandings, energetic leakage, and avoidable mistakes. When words are used with care, spoken only when needed and in moderation, your inner strength and positive energy are naturally preserved. As practitioners, it is wise to consciously step away from activities, environments, or habits that disturb inner peace and stillness. Until our realisations are firmly stabilised, such distractions can quietly drain our energy and weaken our concentration in practice. By choosing simplicity and harmony, virtues naturally increase. In the same way, relationships matter deeply. Even well-intentioned friends may sometimes lead us into confusion or illusion. It is therefore important to surround yourself with a community that supports clarity, integrity, and inner growth with people and environments that uplift your virtues and strengthen your positive energies. When your heart is sincerely devoted to true practice, results will inevitably appear. Inner shifts give rise to outer support, and the necessary resources such as material, money or otherwise will naturally find their way to you at the right time. This path is not effortless, nor is it without challenge. Yet when each step is approached with awareness, calmness, clarity, and love, fruition is assured. When your concerns are louder than the Divine messages coming to you, learn to quieten your mind and calm your heart.You are meant for the greater service, do not look down on your potential and power. You are doing what you are doing only because you know the world needs it. Go forth and inspire them! From my heart, I feel immense gratitude for the co-creations shared with our team across the world. Each person brings their own strengths, cultures, and wisdom, and together we become more than the sum of our parts. Not to conquer, not to prove, but to serve more clearly, more compassionately, and for the greater good. Co-creation is never easy, otherwise there will be no distrust among people, wars among nations and pain. It takes taming the ego, understanding, love and self-healing to allow true co-creations to arise. Once this beautiful bond is formed, it is very difficult to break. We are called to come together stronger than ever. I encourage you to form new healthy connections, through love and acceptance. Spend no energy and time on relationships that break your soul. Nurture those that help you grow with love. The year 2025 has been a great teacher. It asked us to release what no longer serves, to question our direction, and to remember our deeper purpose so that we may birth our own personal New Era. This is a time to reflect honestly: Are we moving forward? Standing still? Or quietly regressing? As we step into 1 January 2026, let this reflection turn into gentle but activating action. How do we know we are truly moving forward? Struggles begin to soften. Emotional turbulence eases. Our thoughts, words, and actions grow kinder and clearer. We become more understanding, emotionally mature, and spiritually awake. Lower desires loosen their grip, ego softens, and procrastination no longer holds the same power over us. In 2025 , together with our team, we completed eight beautiful group retreats in two extraordinary vortexes— Yakushima Island and Bhutan . The preparations were vast, and every step was curated with you in mind. Each gathering, each silence, each sound was an offering. To continue supporting you in this New Era, we are now in the process of birthing new courses and training created to help you grow, stabilise, and truly prosper in the times ahead. This next chapter is unfolding beautifully, and it is deeply exciting! We thank you sincerely for your continued love, trust, and co-creation, whether you have joined us in-person or online. The lotus flower has long captured the hearts of sages, poets, and seekers. It is more than just a beautiful bloom, it is a living sutra, revealing the nature of transformation, non-attachment, and awakening. In every stage of its life, the lotus whispers our true-nature: that light can be found in darkness, that liberation can arise from suffering, and that each soul is destined to blossom. Across the Buddhist world, from Tibet to Japan, from India to Southeast Asia, the lotus is regarded as a sacred symbol of the enlightened mind. Its presence is felt in mantra, meditation, and sacred art, reflecting like a mirror of our path home to the Divine. By observing the life cycle of the lotus, we gain a powerful mirror for our spiritual practice, one that helps us reflect on our daily habits and cultivate deeper emotional and mental resilience. The lotus appears across cultures and is always connected to divinity: Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) , the second Buddha of Tibet - Guru of All Gurus, is said to have emerged from a lotus flower as an eight-year-old child, untouched by earthly birth, already radiant with wisdom. Goddess White Tara , the Mother of Long Life and Healing, often depicted as holding two   lotuses in her iconography: one in full bloom, the other budding, representing full enlightenment and future awakening. Queen Māyā , mother of the Siddhartha Gautama (the Buddha), dreamt of a white elephant descending from the Heavens holding a white lotus flower in its trunk and entered her womb. It signifies that the child she is carrying is no ordinary being, but one with profound potential in spiritual enlightenment. Even in times of destruction, the lotus survived. Fossils suggest it existed as far back as 120 million years ago,  a reminder that awakening transcends time and space. 🌑   Beneath the Surface – The Mud of Samsara The lotus begins its life deep beneath the surface of the water, anchored in the mud. This mud, rich yet heavy, represents the challenges and suffering of the human experience — samsara, the endless cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. It is not by accident that the lotus is rooted in the mud. Just as our own consciousness enters the world formed by karmic conditions and emotional residues, so too the lotus begin in darkness. However, this mud is not negative or to be avoided, it is the fertile ground for our awakening. According to Buddhist legend, the baby   Buddha took seven steps after birth, and with each step, a lotus flower appeared. 💧   The Lake – Purification of Mind and Emotion Emerging from the mud, the lotus pushes its way upward through water. Water is the realm of emotion, memory, and unconscious thought. It is where the practitioner faces desires, attachments, fears and negative emotions. Yet, in opposition, water may also represents the stillness, the collective, the Ego dissolved, and void of independent identity. The lotus navigates this silently. It does not drink the mud. It passes through the water but does not absorb its confusion. Its thick, waxy leaves repel all impurities. So too can the awakened mind rise through the world untouched by it, practicing non-attachment, living with compassion and wisdom. “As a lotus is born in water, grows in water, and rises out of water to stand above it unsoiled, so I, born in the world, raised in the world, having overcome the world, live unsoiled by the world.” — The Buddha 🌿   The Stem – A Pillar of Practice The stem is slender, yet strong reaching upwards through the layers of experience. It connects the mud below to the light above. In our lives, it represents the spiritual discipline that supports transformation: meditation, breathwork, study, kindness, and the practice of right speech, right mind   and right   action. Without a consistent path, there is no bridge between aspiration and realization. Just as the stem grows with quiet persistence, so too must our practice be rooted in patience and devotion, an unshakable spiritual foundation of Principles to guide us. 🌸   The Bloom – Stages of Awakening The lotus bud emerges above the water, slowly unfolding over a period of time. A closed bud symbolizes “pre-awakening”. Guru Padmasambhava, the Lotus-Born Master and Guru of Gurus, revealed to me a vision: a closed lotus bud followed by a sudden flick, a single petal unfurled, releasing a profound sound that rippled through the Universe, representing the beginning of an Awakening. A half-blossomed lotus  symbolizes full enlightenment in mid-journey, enduring countless rebirths, realizations, and inner transformations. It reflects the sacred process of becoming, where truth is gradually revealed, and the center of enlightenment remains just beyond ordinary sight. A fully blossomed lotus is a radiant symbol of complete enlightenment, the flowering of pure awareness beyond illusion. In sacred history, it is recorded that some lotuses have opened with over a thousand petals, reflecting the boundless nature of awakened consciousness. In the Tibetan mantra OM MANI PADME HUM , this mantra invoke Chenrezig  ( Avalokiteshvara ) , Guan Yin, the bodhisattva of infinite compassion. It is a sacred call to awaken the lotus within. Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva，(观世音菩萨), The term “ Guan ”(观)  means to observe or contemplate, while “ Shiyin ”(世音)  refers to the sounds of the world, such as the cries of suffering and voices of prayer from all beings. The Bodhisattva listens to these sounds, perceives the suffering of sentient beings, and responds with compassion to offer aid. It is through the observation of Sound that Guan Yin gained Enlightenment and was bestowed the title of Guan Yin. 🌾   The Seed Pod – Rebirth and Giving Back A truly awakened being becomes like the seed pod, giving freely, without need for recognition, knowing that the fruits of their presence will flower in the hearts of others, perhaps not today, perhaps not in this life, but inevitably. Lifetime after lifetime, the seeds of wisdom are passed on. This quiet cycle is the living metaphor of the path of service, to awaken not just for oneself, but for the liberation of all beings. The true lotus does not bloom in isolation. It leaves behind the seeds of compassion, of insight, of remembrance. It blesses the path for those who come after. 🪷  Waking the Dream -  the blooming lotus You are the lotus in the making, the emergence through the infinite cycles of time and space, awakening to transcend into the beyond, and ascending to the Heavens. In time to come, when your Spiritual Maturity has reached its divine timing, you will unfurl the first petal, just like countless awakened ones before you. Radiant Friends, The year 2024, the Year of the Dragon, seems to have flown by in the blink of an eye, just as I had mentioned in my article last year. As I reflect and prepare this NEW YEAR Letter, I find myself delving deeper into the unfolding of what lies ahead—a readiness for a new era unlike anything we have ever experienced. This next chapter promises to be genuinely Quantum! As such, my writing will adopt a more structured and defined tone than usual. Welcoming 2025, the Year of the Snake, humanity finds itself at the precipice of a transformative epoch. Combined with the elemental power of FIRE & Air, we are going to witness MASSIVE CHANGES. Pluto’s ingress into Aquarius signifies the commencement of a 19 year cycle poised to redefine societal frameworks, individual consciousness, and global systems. This transition is not a mere astrological event but a profound invitation to engage with the unfolding dynamics of evolution and shifting us into collective co-creation. It calls us to elevate our spiritual, intellectual, and practical capacities in response to the accelerating changes shaping our world. The Advent of a Transformational Era Mother Gaia is undergoing a profound metamorphosis, functioning as an intricate energy conduit influenced by celestial bodies—the planets, stars, moons, and constellations. These cosmic vibrations are activating systemic transformations across personal and collective dimensions. Accelerated by technology, this process interconnects human intent with action, amplifying the velocity of change. We are transitioning from a focus on individual and personal goals to the integration of collective aspirations. Achieving this requires striking a delicate balance—a vital skill that is essential, yet often not widely cultivated. This era demands reflection: How will we align with this transformative potential? How will we harmonize technological progress with the spiritual principles necessary to guide its application? These questions urge us to rediscover our individual missions  while embracing a shared responsibility for the awakening of humanity. For many, the struggle between fulfilling personal wants or needs and offering service to others is deeply felt. Understand that the "I" is shaped by the "We"—they are not, and have never been, truly separate. Reclaiming Purpose: Aligning Life with Higher Intentions Every individual incarnates with a unique mission, yet cycles of distraction and attachment often obscure this purpose. The current epoch invites us to recalibrate, shedding illusions and reclaiming alignment with our higher calling. This process necessitates self-exploration to identify personal aspirations and establish meaningful goals that contribute to collective evolution. Purposeful action is not merely external; it is deeply rooted in presence and intention. The ability to reconnect with what genuinely matters—amidst the noise of rapid societal shifts—is the cornerstone of thriving in the years ahead. Avoid negativity, steer clear of disempowering activities, and pause before engaging in gossip—always ask yourself if what you’re about to say is true. The words we speak are powerful sound formulas, carrying the potential to create and transform when expressed with intention. We must use them wisely. Temporal Acceleration: Navigating the Speed of Change Time, as we perceive it, is accelerating. This phenomenon arises from the intensified interplay of collective energies facilitated by technological connectivity. Manifestations—be they individual aspirations or collective movements—materialize at unprecedented speeds, reshaping reality in real-time. To navigate this temporal acceleration, grounding practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and immersion in natural environments are indispensable. These practices anchor us, providing clarity and resilience in an era where adaptability is paramount. Stress often arises from internal emotional and mental reactions to external stimuli. By slowing down internally, you can cultivate the strength and clarity needed to navigate your daily tasks with greater ease. Global Finance: Redefining Value and Responsibility The financial landscape will undergo profound restructuring from 2025 onward. Technological advancements and shifting paradigms of value will destabilize and decentralise traditional systems, necessitating heightened financial literacy and ethical discernment. Rapid wealth creation and loss will become prevalent, demanding vigilance and adaptability. Educate yourself on how money works and shift your mindset—this change will bring you immense benefits. Empowering yourself in this way elevates your understanding and growth. Our ancestors worked diligently to navigate this game; be wise and aware of how money, as a form of energy, flows around the world. The younger generations now have a completely different view about money, as such the world is being led by the Frequencies of the New Generation. This is a moment to redefine wealth beyond material accumulation, emphasizing its potential as a tool for collective upliftment. By aligning personal financial practices with broader ethical and ecological considerations, we contribute to the emergence of an economy rooted in shared prosperity and sustainability. Be mindful of your expenditures—what you choose to spend on reflects a deeper aspect of who you are. Consider your emotional relationship with money: How do you feel about it? How and why do you decide to spend it? What values or benefits will those choices bring to your life? These are crucial questions to reflect upon. Wealth with Intention and Purpose In the decade ahead, wealth accumulation will take on heightened significance. Yet, its value lies not in self-indulgence but in its potential to advance collective well-being. Resources used to support education, innovation, and community empowerment become catalysts for a more equitable and enlightened society. Earning money may come easily for many, but the true challenge lies in knowing how and where to spend it wisely. Without discernment, the pendulum of fortune swings swiftly—bringing rapid gains but equally quick losses. Artificial Intelligence: Balancing Innovation with Human Essence Artificial Intelligence, a transformative force, is rapidly redefining industries, labour markets, and societal structures. Its evolution promises both unprecedented opportunities and significant disruptions, including job displacement and shifts in economic stability. Two divergent paths emerge: one embracing AI’s potential, the other retreating to nature-centric lifestyles. True progress lies in harmonising these approaches. By integrating AI responsibly while cultivating uniquely human attributes—intuition, empathy, and creativity—we ensure that technological advancements serve as tools for enhancing, rather than undermining, human dignity and consciousness. Continue to enrich yourself with new skills, keep the learning on going. Prepare yourselves—jobs as we know them will be redefined! AI technology is set to revolutionise industries, with medical breakthroughs taking center stage. Technological Innovation and New Energy Paradigms The coming years will unveil revolutionary technologies capable of harnessing energy from natural and subtle forces, such as plasma, tachyon, and prana. These breakthroughs will reshape energy systems, fostering sustainable practices aligned with nature’s inherent rhythms. This shift challenges humanity to rethink energy consumption and its environmental impact. It invites a co-creative partnership with the Earth, where science and spirituality converge to pioneer a harmonious future. Extraterrestrial Revelations: Expanding the Horizon of Existence The disclosure of extraterrestrial life will transition from speculative theory to verified reality. This paradigm shift will catalyze global discourse, policy development, and societal reorientation. Encounters with beings from other dimensions or star systems will expand humanity’s understanding of existence, challenging anthropocentric perspectives. Such revelations compel us to reflect: Will we approach these connections with openness and curiosity or succumb to fear and resistance? The collective response to this unprecedented contact will shape the trajectory of human evolution. We were never alone. The Imperative of Spiritual Awakening Amidst technological marvels and societal complexities, the risk of spiritual atrophy looms. The conveniences afforded by modern life must not eclipse the pursuit of inner growth. True awakening requires sustained effort, humility, and alignment with timeless wisdom. Ancient scriptures and authentic spiritual teachings serve as invaluable guides in this journey. Awakening is NOT about acquiring psychic powers or shortcuts to enlightenment; it is about cultivating compassion, clarity, and a profound connection with the divine. In an era of rapid change, personal transformation becomes the greatest contribution we can offer to the collective. Practice your sacred mantras, do your comparative research and readings. Practice your discernment. Universal and Divine Laws: Living in Alignment The universe operates under immutable principles and laws, which govern both material and spiritual realms. Violations of these laws—through misinformation or manipulative practices—carry profound karmic repercussions. Integrity, discernment, and humility must guide our actions and teachings. By empowering others to discover their own truth, rather than imposing our perspectives, we honour the interconnected fabric of existence. To live in alignment with these laws is to act as service of harmony, fostering balance within ourselves and the world. Nevertheless, we are continuously clearing, purifying, healing, and striving for true realisations through the circumstances life presents to us. Health: A Holistic Foundation for Growth Vibrant health—spanning physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions—is fundamental to navigating the challenges of this era. Overindulgence, addiction, and neglect erode the vitality necessary for growth. By embracing holistic practices, we create a resilient foundation that supports clarity, purpose, and joy. Practice your meditations daily, immerse in your yoga, pilates and exercises. Dedicate your time and energy to creating a healthy lifestyle that nourishes your heart, mind and body. Spend your time and attention on personal growth, through retreats, trainings and authentic practices, you will progress swiftly. Teachers and Learners: A Reciprocal Path of Growth The interplay of teaching and learning will be pivotal in this transformative era. Teachers must embody compassion, wisdom, and authenticity, while learners must cultivate emotional resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous growth. In this symbiotic relationship, both teacher and student evolve, contributing to the broader awakening of humanity. In today's world, where teachers, healers, coaches, and guides are easily accessible, it has become increasingly challenging to discern whether the teachers we follow and the teachings we embrace are truly authentic and genuinely advancing us on a positive path. Seek out truly qualified teachers. It is essential to evaluate them thoroughly and consistently to determine if they embody the genuine qualities of a true teacher from your perspective or based on the following criteria: Do they display love and joy, characteristics of authentic teachers, rather than being ruled by anger or jealousy? Are they grounded in knowledge and humility, instead of ignorance or arrogance? Do they exhibit generosity and contentment rather than greed and dissatisfaction? If not, it may be an indication to continue your search for another teacher. A qualified teacher should be disciplined in moral conduct, peaceful through contemplation, deeply peaceful through wisdom, more knowledgeable than yourself, enthusiastic about serving others, well-versed in and practising Universal Truths, skilled in understanding true nature, proficient in teaching, kind, and tireless in their efforts. Thus, your focus should be on identifying the genuine qualities of a teacher, rather than being swayed by superficial markers like impressive titles, wealth, charisma, influence, physical appearance, or eloquence, which may distract you from your spiritual path. The most vital qualities a teacher must possess are compassion and realisation of the truth. It is unwise to judge them based on their ability to speak persuasively, hold prestigious titles, own material possessions, enjoy luxurious comforts, or possess physical charm. Even if you cannot find teachers who embody all the qualities outlined in the teachings or possess profound wisdom, those with pure and kind hearts, transparent and ethical actions, and a commitment to sharing true knowledge with integrity and humility are qualified to guide you. Teachers with the highest levels of realisation are rare in these times. Once you have identified such a teacher, open your heart to them with deep respect and trust. Receive their teachings with gratitude and confidence in both the teacher and the teachings. Progress on your path will be limited if trust is lacking. Therefore, finding a genuinely qualified teacher through careful discernment is a critical first step. Even spiritually advanced teachers, unless they have attained the highest realisations, must continue their studies, training, and practice diligently. Without consistent effort, they risk losing the attainments they have previously achieved, as earlier spiritual accomplishments are reversible. Why do highly evolved teachers, despite their qualifications, still endure hardships, study, and ultimately face death like ordinary beings? It is because they have taken on human forms to connect with and serve others in ways that align with their perceptions and cultural contexts. While in these physical forms, they remain subject to the laws of the material world. Navigating Power Dynamics and Shifting Relationships As consciousness evolves, interpersonal and collective dynamics will shift rapidly. Old cycles will close, and new collaborations will emerge, necessitating humility and adaptability. These transitions, though challenging, are opportunities for profound renewal and discovery. Power must be wielded with integrity and gratitude, remembering the grace extended to us in our own moments of learning. By fostering equitable and compassionate relationships, we co-create a foundation for collective progress. If you’ve found yourself succumbing to laziness, procrastination, or retreating from personal growth, believing that your self-righteous mindset needs no change, the next decade will challenge you profoundly. It’s time to take responsibility and rise to the occasion. Cultivating Compassion is the path forward. Preparing for Environmental Shifts Natural disasters and erratic climatic patterns will intensify, disrupting travel and daily life. Emotional resilience, preparedness, and community solidarity will be essential in navigating these challenges. In times of upheaval, the capacity to extend compassion and support becomes humanity’s greatest strength. Your emotional stability, mental resilience, and physical strength will become a beacon of light for those around you. While travel plans may occasionally face disruptions due to political or climate-related issues, it is essential to remain flexible, embrace the flow, and make thoughtful decisions when planning and booking your journeys. A Divine Call to Action The years ahead hold extraordinary promise and profound challenges. This is a moment not for fear but for focus and positive actions. As we have now stepped into 2025, let us do so with courage, clarity, and a deep commitment to co-creating a future rooted in wisdom, integrity, and love. The time to act is NOW. Let us embrace this transformative era with open hearts and unwavering attention, and prepare to meet the unfolding journey as awakened and empowered beings. This year, I will gradually introduce new projects designed to bring you authentic teachings. As always, I encourage you to apply your own discernment when engaging with and absorbing the content. It is my spiritual duty to offer opportunities for transformative spiritual empowerments, some will challenge your beliefs but it will also elevate the very foundations of your awakening, fortify your spiritual roots, and provide you with the tools needed to navigate life's changes in this new era. Radiant Ones, 2022 has been a very special year personally on so many levels. It has given me one of the greatest changes and growth that I have experienced in a while. Through these changes, it has taught me to take on new roles and challenges and to recreate new possibilities that are exciting and inspiring. Whenever I write, I enjoy the company of relaxing music, piano is usually my choice to go. With music, I could feel the movement of my heart and my mind, it leads me to places where I can speak with you. My fingers dance on the keyboard, and colours unfold. I think of you often, all of you...no matter if I know your name, or see your face, I feel we are connected...even the strangers on the streets...I know we are... It warms my heart that we are all living different lives and having different experiences in life. We are unique, beautiful and colourful. The roles we play, we may be a fashion designer, a nurse, a doctor, a writer, a teacher, a mother, a father, an explorer, a dancer, or an artist...these roles put us in place because when there is asking, there will always be giving... The cycles of desire intertwine with us deeply. We are by fate, meant to meet, no matter how long or short it may be... I deeply appreciate your presence, your giving and your love, for being you... I know in moving forward the world we live in is changing so rapidly that many may not feel up to speed...yet a force is pushing us. These rapid changes are peeling away the old fabric of spacetime, old structures and constructs are falling apart. Yet they will remain in our hearts as a gift of strength, courage and motivation for the new generation to build a new world. When our distractions settle down, our strengths gather and our focus increases... Energies are no longer dispersed and are concentrated. What we do becomes even more powerful than before. What we think, say, act or feel gets amplified. I know our potential, it is infinite. I hope my words bring you comfort, warmth and peace, in your heart and your space. Radiant Ones, HAPPY 2022 NEW YEAR! How are you spending the first week of 2022? It is time to set new powerful intentions! For the past two years, the world started a massive collective karmic clearance, all of us are a part of that wave, and its effects are still riding on today. Every change has its cause and effect; every being has its role, no matter how small or big. Together we are part of the cosmic pattern unfolding into a new harmonic design. We are renewing and rebirthing in the early stages of the Aquarius Age. This signifies a shift in our consciousness, from the mind of competitiveness to co-creating in harmony with one another. Are you feeling this shift of energy too? Do you feel yourself desiring a greater opening of your heart to connect with others? THEME of 2022! It is simplification and balance! And in the process of simplifying our life, we are allowing space for projects and ideas to build, grow and nurture. However, years back, my Master Guide, Hermes, said that we would see many organizations and individuals who will build their projects rapidly based on selfish gains. Foundations built upon such fundamentals of thoughts will not last long and will lose their fortune along with its gains. This revelation brings us to think deeper, what serves? Who serves? However, in 2022, the Festival of Easter, the first Major Spiritual Full Moon, is on April 17, and the Festival of Wesak is on May 16, followed by the Festival of Goodwill on June 14. Regardless, significant developments and changes will reveal themselves from March 2022. These three major festivals will renew and uplift our spiritual essences and commitment toward personal enlightenment, selfless service and spiritual transformations. There are so many exciting plans I am looking forward to sharing with you, integrating the old and new platforms, establishing an online community and sharing universal teachings. We have been greeted in June with intensive masculine-yang energy and will continue to receive this quality of frequency into early July. Such is, the beauty of this world calling upon our constant attention to respond and to react. How often does one ponder deep enough to explore the possibilities of our consciousness? How will then if one is doing so then reap the benefits while courageously exploring the psyche of one's heart? Though human beings have come a long way developing great intelligence, and surpassing limitations to greater heights of achievement than our closest primates. But have we truly become happier and free? In this time of digital era, I feel it is of utmost importance that besides caring deeper about our physical, mental and emotional well-being, we must begin to develop a stronger spiritual connection with our true-self. Hermes Trismegistus, my Master Guide's core teaching revolves around "Stillness". It is evident to me, this is Hermes' most important teaching as it has the power to lead us to our true-self. The Power of Stillness can help us to break and transcend many of our personal mental and emotional barriers. No matter how real these barriers may be, they are in their true essence, empty. Often we are too attached with the fanfare of the world. These attractions frequently distract and disrupt our core energies to focus and to manifest what we want. We develop envy, jealousy, anger, desires through judging and comparison with others. Many people do not have clear core values to guide themselves to live and think properly. - Core values that enriches the experience and strengthen our relationships with others. - Core values that respect and honour the lives of all. - Core values that empowers our heart and mind. - Core values that remind us of our Spiritual roots, our true essence. As we journey through life, our encounters teach and help us to discover more about who we are. Though it more often highlights our personalities and areas in which we could improve our quality of life. Unless we have the 'eye' to see and recognise these opportunities, it is often blinded by our Ego as it is too proud to receive these gifts of growth. When we seek for a better relationship with someone, we are opening up an inner doorway for an expanded view and understanding. But are our belief systems serving us and empowering us to have a better relationship with ourselves and others? So... Be the courageous self to seek within. Calm your mind and slow down your breathing. Allow your inner silence to guide you. Trust your inner guru. For a moment, pay attention to the space between your thoughts and you shall begin to transcend time and space. Stillness is an aspect of your true-self. And by observing this world from that perspective of stillness, you can achieve great liberations of the mind and heart. Compassion, love and wisdom shall arise from within. You will become calmer and relaxed; Contented and at peace. Understand that Stillness is always within you because Stillness is an aspect of you. It is like your parents. Except it is you giving birth to yourself. You are beautiful beyond words, timeless beyond the lifespan of your physical form. 'Stillness' is like poetry. It can only describe the way, but the experience is entirely personal. No matter where we are, which year we are in, time though may change our landscape, but our eternal self does not change. Are you ready? To greet and meet your beautiful Self. Have you awakened? To recognise your true-self? We can never find our true-self if where we search is within the Universe we have projected (created)... For we are more than that... Our old-self, present-self, and future-self all reside within space and time. We are more than that...and all of that... But for now, and till then... Live freely and happily... Radiant all, Prajna-Paramita Hrdaya Sutram (Heart Sutra) is one of the most important and famously known Buddhist Sutra. This sutra about Avalokiteshvara (Kwan Yin), the Bodhisattva of Compassion, meditating deeply on Perfection of Wisdom. One can practise the heart sutra through listening attentively or joining in to recite along, generating compassion for self and all sentient beings.
