Imagine a lotus bud, its first petal unfurling in silence, releasing a single,
resonant note. This was the vision given upon me for the title of this
sacred retreat. It speaks to the moment of awakening: quiet, graceful and deeply transformative. I was deeply moved by this vision and hence named this retreat, "The Lotus Sound". - Yantara Jiro
Awakening is not heralded by fanfare or spectacle. It comes gently, often
when least expected, like the lotus, blooming softly into light.
In the stillness of Bhutan’s sacred power spots, this intensive retreat
invites you to return to the essence of your being. Through daily spiritual
practices of inner stillness, sound transmissions, sacred ceremonies,
energy activations, and deep connection with the elements of Nature, we will journey inward to rediscover the sound of own unfolding.
The Lotus Sound is not merely a retreat; it is a remembrance to what is
quietly alive within you. A remembering of the sacred sound that only you can awaken.
Each day, we will immerse ourselves in both collective and personal
transformation. This inner–outer journey weaves seamlessly with sacred
encounters - specially arranged audiences with esteemed Lamas of
Bhutan, who will offer transmissions and blessings to support our
awakenings. Alongside, Yantara Jiro will share profound teachings and
sound transmissions to deepen our path of remembrance and realizations.
Why do these places hold such elevated vibrations? One key reason is the profound blessings and spiritual empowerments of Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, which means “The Lotus-Born” in Sanskrit (莲花生). Predicted by Shakyamuni Buddha in the Mahayana Mahaparinirvana Sutra, Guru Rinpoche will appear in the center of a lotus and reveal the highest teaching concerning the ultimate state of the true nature. Guru Rinpoche subdued obstructive forces during his visits to Bhutan, transforming them into
protective deities who now watch over various valleys.
He meditated in remote caves, blessed the land, and consecrated sacred sites known as Neys, infusing them with high spiritual resonance. He also concealed numerous termas or “quantum treasures” to be discovered at destined times by prophesied treasure
revealers.
Yantara Jiro’s spiritual path is deeply connected with these sacred connections and is guided by his inner teacher, HermesTrismegistus, known through the ages by many names including Thoth, Merlin, and Guru Rinpoche. As we journey in Bhutan, we will encounter and connect with many timeless Spiritual Masters who will bless and transmit to us their teachings.
BHUTAN - THE LAND OF THUNDER DRAGON
Nestled in the Eastern Himalayas, at elevations from 2,000 to over 7,000 meters (approx. 6,600 to 23,000 feet), Bhutan is a Buddhist kingdom where time slows and the sacred flows through mountain air and temple chants. Spirituality infuses daily life from pilgrims spinning prayer wheels to monks chanting in centuries-old monasteries. Prayer flags ripple across ridges, and chortens (stupas) grace every path.
With its deep reverence for nature, spiritual heritage, and commitment to Gross National Happiness, Bhutan offers a rare sanctuary for those seeking inner peace and higher consciousness. Here, amidst snow-capped peaks, emerald valleys, and centuries-old sacred sites, the veil between the physical & spiritual worlds feels thinner.
Across Bhutan, countless mountain peaks, temples, and remote sanctuaries serve as potent Power Spots, places where the spiritual energy is palpably high. When we enter these highly charged environments, our vibrational frequency naturally rises with greater ease. This supports deeper meditation, inner stillness, and the clearing of energetic blockages across many levels of our being.

During our intensive retreat, we will journey through Bhutan’s two main cities, Paro and Thimphu, spending most of our time in deep meditative training and sacred ceremonies at powerful, high-vibration sites. The retreat includes specially arranged meetings with esteemed Lamas at select temples, where we will attend Pujas and ceremonies tailored for our group. These sacred rituals support purification, the clearing of karmic imprints, and the rare transmission of spiritual mantra empowerments.

Yantara Jiro
Yantara Jiro connects deeply with the Star Nations, Ascended Masters and Multi-dimensional Beings of Light. He speaks the Light Language that bridges and translates higher dimensional frequencies for the purpose of energy activations and healing.
He is a visionary, singer and explorer of Sound and Consciousness. He is certified in Live Blood Analysis and Quantum Hematology, Nutritional Microscopy By Quest4Health Academy, Nu Life Sciences. He has over 20 years of experiences in Sound Medicine and Quantum Healing, 25 years of which active in consultations over thousands of sessions and reach-out to more than hundreds of thousands of people around the world, and leading sacred tours since 2008. He has dedicated his life to self-development in consciousness and Sound Medicine. Yantara Jiro is considered a pioneer in Asia in spreading an Art of using “The Light Language”, a Quantum approach where it translates supreme consciousness into vocal sounds that promotes the art of healing. In 2012, Winter Solstice, he was one of the panel speakers along with International Speaker Gregg Braden and esteemed colleagues at the Maya Conference, “Transform at the Source” with a gathering of several hundred people.

Having served and supported many of Yantara's international retreats, Sarleia is here to hold a warm, grounded space for you and the group. With her calming presence and care, she is dedicated to making you feel relaxed, safe, and comfortable so that you can fully immerse yourself in your journey.
Sarleia first travelled to Bhutan alone in 2014 on a personal healing journey. The beautiful memories of the mountains, serene nature, temples, and prayers have remained deeply cherished in her heart.

Sarleia's spiritual journey began in 2010, followed by a transformative 11:11 Egypt retreat with Yantara in 2011. The call to service led her to co-found Sound Universe Singapore with Yantara Jiro in 2012, dedicated to sharing the transformative power of Sound Medicine and Vibrational Healing.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin, and holds a degree in Business Accountancy from Australia.
