This course enhances the quantum healing application on teaching hands-on techniques using sacred transformative symbols of the Arcturians by Yantara without necessarily connecting with your Arcturian Healing Team (AHT). Quantum Medicine Arcturus Quantum Healing® (AQH) Level 1 - Arcturus Symbol Rainbow Light Healing™ (AQH01-ASRLH) Arcturus Letter (click to expand) Yantara Jiro shares his first encounters with the Arcturians, how he connected with them and subsequently co-created the Arcturus Quantum Healing® Program. This was a Zoom LIVE recording of We, the Arcturians Freetalk by Yantara Jiro. This video may not always be available publicly, so please enjoy it while you see it. He shares a glimpse of his fascinating journey through meetings and learnings from amazing teachers, mentors and monks who shared with him how to better prepare himself for the spiritual work ahead. Yantara will highlight the key qualities of the Arcturians and how they co-create with us for Ascension and healing work. We will also explore what are the common challenges practitioners face and what can be done to overcome and master them. At the end, there is a Q&A section which you may find interesting followed by an energetic work transmission by the Arcturians through Yantara speaking the Light Language. Unlock the secrets of quantum healing using technologies from Star Arcturus! This healing system was transmitted by the Arcturians to Yantara Jiro in 2004 and has continued to inspire others to access this technique over the decades. In our recorded modules, Yantara will personally guide you through the process of working on your vital (etheric) body for well-being. The Arcturus Heart Mandala symbol acts as a key to gain access to high-dimensional frequencies that originate from Star Arcturus, aligning you with accelerated well-being and upliftment. This training focuses on the effects of prana (Life-force), clearing, cleansing and accelerating healing through the principles of chakras-organs correspondence. Students will learn how to apply check-in, an effective way to retrieve information from the quantum field relating to the receiver. Practice will take place at your own convenience include hands-on and hands-off quantum techniques. In Level One, students will focus on developing visualisation skills, sensing subtle energies, symbol drawing and modification, chakra work and more. These techniques do not require connecting with the Arcturian Healing Team (AHT). Modules include lectures on chakras and how they affect the vital (etheric) body will be explored and students will have practical opportunities to further their skills in exercises provided. The Arcturus Heart Mandala Healing symbol used in the course acts as keys to frequencies associated with well-being and upliftment. Students will receive sacred Arcturus attunements through light language transmissions, students will gain the empowerment required to activate the healing symbol for practice. Moreover, students will learn the principles of quantum mechanics, paving the way for a new level of interpretation in energy healing and expanding your mind. In addition, students will also receive transmission attunement and empowerment on the Arcturian Rainbow Light Healing Technique. This is especially beneficial for nourishing the chakras and the energy bodies such as the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lightbodies. Course Outline & Format AQH01-ASRLH is 100% Online, all course modules are recorded and are required to be completed within the timeframe of the course duration. Yantara Jiro will be connecting with everyone in the online community group for homework submissions feedback and Q&A. No online practicum or LIVE Call is required in Level One. Quantum Principles are the underlying basis that greatly expands the mind into a new state of understanding on energy healing. Yet having equipped with only knowledge, an aspirant who has not received initiation or attunement specifically will find themself having little to no access to spiritual healing powers, let alone the ability and capability to inspire healing that has a long-lasting effect. It is important to note that the spiritual cultivation level of each individual does correspond to the outcome and quality of energy healing. As such, in Level One, students will focus on learning about the basics of energy healing, the dos and don'ts. AQH01 will NOT include connecting with the Arcturians Healing Team (AHT), and this sacred attunement-transmission will only be provided in AQH02 - which there are prerequisites before application can be accepted. What You Will Learn in AQH01: The Arcturians Heart-Brain Coherence Practise for insights, inspirations and enhanced intuitions The Vital Body & its functionality Chakra Medicine and its corresponding organs Meditation for building & strengthening Lightbody Arcturian Healing Symbol Sacred Attunement Arcturus Healing Symbol Training and Exercises Practical Step-by-Step Hands-On Exercises Practical Non-Local (Quantum) Healing Techniques Ascension Technique: Arcturus Vortex Heart Mandala for empowering the Heart Chakra Effective chakra cleansing and energising demonstration Bonus Rainbow Light Healing Technique for cellular nourishment Ethics & Professionalism and many more Prerequisite Preliminary Mind-Disciplinary Meditation Training There are several skills the student is required to develop and acquire in-order to progress in this healing course. The Art of Visualisation, focus strength and duration, memory, Qi (vital energy) and perseverance. Without mind-disciplinary skills, any successful training outcome is not achievable. The preliminary meditation course is an essential prerequisite for students of all levels, whether you are just starting out or have an established and regular meditation practice. This ensures that every student is well prepared for the training. To enhance your learning experience, there will be a temporary community space for the duration of the training to facilitate peer support among our students. For three weeks, students are expected to submit daily meditation reports to the online community challenge. Each exercise is designed to train the skills mentioned above. Indirectly, the student is polishing their 3rd Eye Chakra which will develop the inner mind’s eye clarity, visualisation details, deeper understanding of the Self and relationship with the world and The Universe. Here, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of interactions, including posing questions to Yantara Jiro, connecting with fellow participants, and even discovering practice partners. This collaborative space is designed to foster a sense of community and aid your progress in the course. Yantara Jiro will go through each students’ postings but will only comment selectively. Whether you receive any comments or not, please do not worry and persevere on your daily postings. If there are any improvements or corrections needed in your meditation approach, Yantara will comment on your post. Details of the training and instructions will be presented in your online modules. At the end of this course, students will have acquired empowering knowledge on what the vital body is and how to use energy healing techniques to support receivers to reduce stress that contributes to more than 90% of chronic illnesses, generate greater flow of energy well-being, provide vital force healing on chakras that corresponds to vital organs and endocrine glands, and provide non-local (remote) healing. Students will have gained personal practices and tools to further develop their own chakras and to increase personal vital-force on a daily basis. Students will have knowledge and ability to access universal life-force through using sacred healing symbol and to utilise visualisation exercises for further development, clearing and strengthening of own energy bodies – generating greater love and acceptance, increasing better relationships with self and others, increasing gaining of insights and realisations, relieving of personal stress, worries and mental fogginess. This year's theme is to raise our consciousness, tune our spiritual antenna and Soul Journey to Star Sirius A! Yantara Jiro plays the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls with precious gemstones, metal and minerals to resonate with the portals, our chakras and lightbodies. Sirius, from the spiritual context, is our Great Central Sun. It plays a vital role in our formation of DNA and has influences upon our etheric DNA strands through the movement especially between Sirius A and B. Sirius represents our higher learning, and its frequencies touch our deep soul, awaken our inner wisdom and help us ground in our path. Video Recording: 888 Lionsgate's Call The Golden Divine Lion along with the "Cat People" from Sirius invites us to unite with our Cosmic Self and to live with our Divine Truth, to support us in tapping into the Source of our being. The lion roars with courage and strength, calling you to stand in your power to witness the sacred Light that brings you the transformations in life. The Cat People from Sirius are among us, some already incarnated embodied in human form, while many others visit Earth during the opening of this gateway. The collective consciousness from these magnificent humanoid feline beings is capable of weaving intricate energy networks through the quantum field, transcending space-time continuum and collapsing our Dimensional-Selves into One. Bhutan retreat to the three powerful places, Paro, Thimphu and Bumthang with most time in Bumthang in deep meditative training and grand ceremonies held inside powerful, high-vibration temples. The retreat includes specially arranged meetings with esteemed Lamas at select temples where we will attend Pujas and rare ceremonies tailored for our group. These sacred rituals support purification, the clearing of karmic imprints, and the rare transmission of spiritual mantra empowerments. 8 October - 22 October 2026 (15 days 14 nights) BHUTAN GRAND RETREAT - THE WISH-FULFILLING JEWEL His Eminence Dorji Rinchen Rinpoche, Venerable Khenpo Thoepa Jamtsho, 100 Bhutan Monks & Yantara Jiro The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Y antara Jiro had a vision of a lotus bud, its first petal unfurling in silence, releasing a single, resonant note. This vision birth the first retreat in Bhutan, 2025. In 2026, Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara), also known as the holder of wish-fulfilling jewel, who has the ability to grant spiritual aspirations of practitioners, especially the ultimate wish - Enlightenment; gave clear guidance to Yantara, hence, the “The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Grand Retreat”. In the stillness of Bhutan’s sacred power spots, this Grand Retreat is about recognising your true-heart. Through daily meditation practices of inner stillness, sound transmissions, sacred ceremonies, energy activations, and deep connection with the elements of Nature, the journey is beyond reasoning and all about heart awakening. The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Grand Retreat is empowered by Chenrezig, the observer of all sounds of the world. Bhutan is full of precious spiritual hidden treasures (Termas). Visiting them along with active energy work on the spot accelerates spiritual transformations. There will be a three-day Chenrezig Grand Ceremony held by His Eminence Dorji Rinchen Rinpoche, and Khenpo Thoepa, empowerments that are profoundly rare and personalised will be bestowed just for our group. Alongside, Yantara Jiro will share esoteric teachings and rare sound transmissions to unveil our path of remembrance and realizations throughout the retreat. A PRACTICAL PATH The journey unfolds gradually. It often begins with strengthening the body’s energy and calming the nervous system, which allows attention to stabilise. With steady focus, the mind learns to rest in stillness without force. As stillness deepens, perception begins to shift and what once felt solid and separate is seen more clearly as fluid and interconnected. Inevitably, deeper emotional patterns, fears, and attachments surface. Rather than avoiding them, the practitioner learns to observe without identification. Through this process, moments of clarity arise, brief awakenings where one recognises the true nature of mind. As these moments repeat and stabilise, they mature into True Awakening: a continuous, grounded clarity that is no longer lost. From this stable ground, practical benefits often begin to show up naturally in life, bringing real encouragement to keep going. Emotional reactivity tends to soften, allowing calmer responses to work deadlines, financial pressures, and during social interactions. Daily life with loved ones and colleagues improves due to your influencing harmonious vibrations. Genuine presence deepens bonds with spouse, children, and coworkers, while better sleep and steady vital energy carry you through busy days. More importantly, a strong conviction takes root in your heart, awakening natural compassion and a clear pursuit of true wisdom. Your devotion to self-growth no longer wavers, now equipped with practical skills to navigate obstacles especially in this fast-paced modern age. TRUE AWAKENING True Awakening is a stable state of clarity in which the mind remains bright, steady, and undisturbed. Thoughts may still arise, but they no longer cloud awareness or distract one into confusion. This clarity generates a quiet yet powerful energy that naturally supports deeper spiritual growth. At this stage, one directly sees that the ego-self is not solid or real, but a constructed pattern of thoughts, memories, and reactions. This insight is no longer just an idea, it becomes a lived experience that does not fade under pressure or distraction. Even so, True Awakening is not the final destination. Progress toward this state depends on supportive inner and outer conditions. These can be understood as spiritual resources: the ability to sustain attention, discipline in practice, sufficient time and space for inner work, reduced distraction from worldly demands, and a stable reserve of vital energy. When these conditions are present, the path becomes smoother and more continuous. DOWNLOAD ITINERARY Power Spots of Paro, Thimphu & Bumthang During our grand retreat, we will journey through Bhutan’s three powerful places, Paro, Thimphu and Bumthang, spending most of our time in Bumthang in deep meditative training and grand ceremonies held inside powerful, high-vibration temples. The retreat includes specially arranged meetings with esteemed Lamas at select temples where we will attend Pujas and rare ceremonies tailored for our group. These sacred rituals support purification, the clearing of karmic imprints, and the rare transmission of spiritual mantra empowerments. 3-Day Chenrezig Drubchen Grand Ceremony His Eminence Dorji Rinchen Rinpoche, Venerable Khenpo Thoepa Jamtsho & 100 Monks His Eminence Dorji Rinchen Rinpoche On the 10 Oct 2026, New Moon, we have requested His Eminence Dorji Rinchen Rinpoche to facilitate a three-day Chenrezig Grand Ceremony, which includes Empowerment (Wang) and Oral Transmission (Lung) of Chenrezig, and further Lung on Green Tara and Guru Rinpoche. This Grand Ceremony is extremely rare and usually only held once a year, but we have been granted the blessing to receive it especially for our group. This will be presided along with Venerable Khenpo Thoepa and over 100 monks! Spirituality infuses daily life from pilgrims spinning prayer wheels to monks chanting in centuries-old monasteries. Prayer flags ripple across ridges, and chortens (stupas) grace every path. With its deep reverence for nature, spiritual heritage, and commitment to Gross National Happiness, Bhutan offers a rare sanctuary for those seeking inner peace and higher consciousness. Here, amidst snow-capped peaks, emerald valleys, and centuries-old sacred sites, the veil between the physical & spiritual worlds feels thinner. Across Bhutan, countless mountain peaks, temples, and remote sanctuaries serve as potent Power Spots, places where the spiritual energy is palpably high. When we enter these highly charged environments, our vibrational frequency naturally rises with greater ease. This supports deeper meditation, inner stillness, and the clearing of energetic blockages across many levels of our being. It is often depicted in circular geometrical proportions intended by its creator to access the superconsciousness. A mandala is not only a drawing, a design, an art piece that represents an idea or abstract concept. A mandala is a functioning energetic container field that the creator or user can use as packaged information to cause change or influence reality. To understand how a mandala works will require not only proper study but also a keen interest in the Art of consciousness transmission. Drawing a mandala does not require the creator to be an artist, but does require the creator to have the skill to focus, mind be still, heart be centered and intention to be clear. A properly designed mandala will contain powerful quantum information that serves the intention of the creator. But first, the creator will need to be trained in the aspect of mind-heart-body-spirit alignment. The creator will need to learn how to tap into the heart with intention, and thereafter receive insights or “codings” to be drawn into the pattern. If you are interested to learn how you may use paper, colours, intentions, symbols, and even sound to create meaningful, functioning and energy-influencing mandalas, this workshop will be a great start for you. In this workshop, we will have the opportunity to learn how to use your newly drawn mandala energetically!
