Arcturus Quantum Healing ® Courses (Cancellation & Refund Policy) We do not offer refunds for cancellations after midnight three weeks prior to the course start date, during or after the course. More than 3 weeks before course start date: Full refund less a $30USD admin fee. Once class has begun, all payments and instalments are Non-Refundable. The student needs to make sure to have adequate funds in place for the chosen payment method. Failure to do so will incur a late fee of $100USD. Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend and participate without a minimum of 3 day’s notice by email to infoyantara@gmail.com , you will automatically forfeit your course fee and we will be under no obligation to provide any further rescheduling. Any exception is at the office's discretion on a case-by-case basis. It is the student’s sole responsibility to complete and submit coursework on time. Students who fail to complete the meditation exercises during the timeline provided will not be permitted to proceed to stage two - Arcturus Main Course. Please note that NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN. NO refund will be provided to students who fail to complete the First Stage: Preliminary Mind-Disciplinary Meditations.
